I thought I would try another one for the Die-ing for a challenge blog 'Blue and Brown' as it's not colours I had tried together before.

This time I have used a Sarah Kay design from Stampavie, 'Sophia Wishes' Have been dying to play with this since I bought her at Harrogate last week. (Have a few more to get to yet).

Allsorts challenge - Say it with flowers

I saw the title of this challenge and thought of this card I made for a friend.  The image and backing paper are from the Jane Shasky cd 'From the heart of the garden', no colouring this time. Mounted on a Spellbinders lattice rectangle, a LOTV sentiment mounted on a Persian accent. Flowers and guipure lace from WOC, ribbon from my stash and everything mounted on rainbow miricard.Stickles added for a little sparkle.

A simple but I think pretty card.

LOTV week 2 second entry

I just loved this stamp when I saw it. It may be an older range but it's beautiful. I used Spellbinders picot edge circles, persian motifs and grand circles, flowers from Wild Orchid and also some I bought in Florida last year. Cheery Lynn leaf swirl die (searched everywhere for it and eventually got it on reorder from Sunrise Crafts), ribbon from Walmart Florida :)and paper from my stash, think it's Hunkydory... Phew what a list.

Again coloured with Promarkers and distress ink and added Stickles to her wings.
I know my cards don't look as compact as lots of others but I have a passion for 8x8's.

LOTV week 2

Well I thought I would have another try at entering a card, and learning about what to add to the description :)
I used LOTV Blossom stamp, Spellbinders lacy ovals, MS punch, vintage seam ribbon, flowers and lace from Wild Orchid, pearls, silver corner embelishment from Dusk till Dawn and paper from my stash.

I coloured with Promarkers and added Distress ink to the edge.
